The standing conflict
Hyphen does not currently work with surrogacy agencies or surrogate recruitment companies because of a standing client conflict.
The diagnostic flow asks about this early so no one spends time on a conversation that cannot proceed.
How new conflicts would be handled
Because the practice serves one category, competitive overlap comes up. Hyphen does not run paid search for two organizations bidding on the same intent in the same geography; when a prospective engagement would create that overlap, the existing client comes first and the prospect hears that directly.
